Callum Stewart is a performer and theatre-maker, who has been working professionally in the South West and in Europe for a decade now. He’s experienced in outdoor touring (having spent 8 years working with Illyria Theatre), family theatre and puppetry. Callum has always been Fat. Callum has (Sometimes) been funny. Is Callum a Fat Joke?In Fat Joke Callum tries to work out if he is funny because he is fat?The show questions the role humour plays when dealing with reactions to an overweight body, whether that humour can be protective and who it is actually protecting.

Georgia and Grace are South West based performers, theatre makers and creatives met during Theatre Royal Plymouth's Lab Company where they honed and developed their skills through industry led workshops, co-produced an original play from scratch, and formed a theatre company with other South West creatives. Since then they have joined forces together, becoming a performing, writing and creative duo, who create new work and work inspired by different stimuli. They enjoy comedy, improvisation, physicality, character work, music and more! 'Small Spaces' is their newest piece, currently in the R&D stage, inspired by the concept of small spaces and what might occur in them. From the everyday and mundane, to the fantastic and unexpected, they hope to explore different spaces, what can happen in them, who you might meet and what situations can develop from a simple idea.

The Witching Hour

Black Cats, Broomsticks and Pentagrams? It sounds like you have a witch problem!
But have no fear, the nation’s hottest game show ‘The Witching Hour’ is here to take justice to a whole new level!
Survival hinges on one's ability to entertain, spin the best narrative, and sway the crowd's fickle loyalty.
As accusations fly, anyone can find themselves in the spotlight, cast as the next villain in a society obsessed with spectacle. As the audience cheers, and the cauldron starts to bubble over, moral integrity is sacrificed at the altar of entertainment. (Pitchforks and torches, not included.)
Through biting satire and absurd humour, this explores themes of justice, celebrity culture, and the fragility of reputation in a world where being liked can mean the difference between life and death.
Will the accused manage to turn their fate around with a well-timed joke or a heart-wrenching tale? Or will they become the next victim of this insatiable hunger for drama?

Núria is a Catalan composer and performer currently based in Plymouth. She grew up in Luxembourg, where she studied the piano and clarinet, before attending university and settling in the UK. She writes instrumental and electroacoustic music and has received commissions from Psappha, the National Union of Students, Peninsula Arts (UK), United Instruments of Lucilin and the Escher Theater (Luxembourg), amongst others.
She is passionate about writing interesting, yet accessible contemporary music. Recent pieces have focused on animals, including reindeers, cats and sausage dogs. Humour has been a running thread in her compositions since the beginning, whether she knew it or not.

Friends of Dorothy is a silly and chaotic look at the wizard of oz. Yes, we all know the queer community loves the wizard of oz, but have you ever wondered why? This scratchiest of scratch performances tries to get to the bottom of this, by responding to the film and the 15 original books (yes, 15!!) with retelling, monologues, bad jokes and other nonsense.

The New Moon is a poetic and captivating performance which brings together elements such as movement, poetry and song to create a dramatic story about how change affects us as individuals.
Tony Bligh's 'Internal' is a tender and evocative one-person play that traces Tony’s deeply personal journey towards self-understanding. Every word they type for one important letter becomes a step closer to unearthing the truth of who they are as they navigate the delicate balance of societal expectations, inner struggles, and the intricate beauty of identity. With a blend of quiet humour and heartfelt reflection, Internal weaves a story of acceptance and the courage to be seen. You’re invited to pause, feel, and remember the profound strength to embrace oneself. This is a play that is a work in progress. I will be showing the first 15 minutes of this play. It is a 30-minute play that was created for the Masters Acting program at the Plymouth Conservatoire which is currently in the process of being extended to 45 minutes.'
